WHY I'M BORROWING
Due to my wifes maternity leave we've accumulated a few short term debts which are manageable but expensive. I'd much rather pay these off and spread the cost out a little to allow us some breathing space.
WHY I'M A SAFE PAIR OF HANDS
I have a very well paid job but have had issues previuously (3+ years ago) which makes life difficult sometimes. I am a very honest and genuine person and there should be no doubts about the ability to repay this loan.
THE STATE OF MY FINANCES
My finances are in a good state these days, my problem is that I have some short term expensive debt that I want to pay off and replace with medium term, fair rated finance.
