WHY I'M BORROWING - I am looking for a loan to help me convert my basement into a playroom for my kids.
WHY I'M A SAFE PAIR OF HANDS - I have always paid my debts on time and all by direct debit, I have never had any CCJ's or adverse credit. I have had loans in the past and they were all paid of fully and on time and I hope my credit score reflects that.My eBay score is 206 (100% Positive Feedback)
THE STATE OF MY FINANCES - I work as a Pre-Sales consultant for a global company and earn with bonuses over £35K a year (approx £2200 net per month)My wife is an accountant but only works p/t to look after the kids and earns £1100 net per month... she also earns £300 net per month doing private accounting work from home.We have decent equity in our home and have some savings for a rainy day.I have a company car so no outlay there except for private fuel, my wife owns her car outright.I have a credit card which I use for business purposes which has a balance of £2k outstanding which I pay more than the minimum payment each month.Finally... I would be a secure and safe lending investment as I can afford to pay this loan and always pay on time.I hope you can see your way to lending me this money.Thank you lenders...:-))

Has your wife already made an application for funds with Zopa? - sorry if that sounds like a strange question.
Answer:
No as my wife is not a member of Zopa.. hopefully we will get the amount we are looking for at a reasonable rate, but if not it is an option we may look at.

I hope this loan comes together for me as I am only £150 away from securing it... so I would be very disappointed not to get it as lenders see me as a secure lending investment.
