WHY I'M BORROWING
Hi, you may recall my previous listing, which was for 2 days (in error). I was offered great advice and support, so I've returned, having taken that all on board.

I am now looking for a smaller amount, as I've sold my car and other personal items, to raise some of the funding myself.

I own my own Wedding and Special Occasions Company and have an opportunity to raise my turnover significantly, with some investment.

Firstly, we were incorrectly entered into the Limo hire section, by an Advertiser, this brought a massive influx of requests, which we couldn't carry out, as we were not licensed for them. We are permitted to carry out Weddings however.

A part of this money would pay for licensing and allow us to take up these request and bookings. A minimum of £200 per booking, would be easily achievable and the local rate is much higher.

Secondly, I would like to branch out, into another area of vehicle hire, I would be the first in my area to offer this service and already have several potential bookings.

(I will point out, it's not adult entertainment, but I'm sure you will appreciate I cannot give too many details).

A similar idea, has been launched in other areas of the country, (so we are not in competition) and I have carried out research with them. One has repayed his initial outlay within 3 months, the other has taken further investment again and increased his fleet and therefore his turnover too.

We are in an ideal and somewhat exclusive area for this idea, with a huge cluster of potential Clients, they would return and regenerate also, so this would be a wonderful opportunity for us.

I changed from Sole Trader to Ltd Co, just 9 months after launching, as an potential Investor requested, however, he turned out to not have any funds sadly, when further checks were carried out by our Solicitor.

Unfortunately this has created a problem, which leads me to apply on Zopa, as opposed to my bank.

When I changed to Ltd, it put me back to being classed as a brand new Customer, so although my Business plan was well applauded, I have to wait 12 months, before any further lending would be considered.

This could mean I miss out on this opportunity, that I've worked so hard for.



WHY I'M A SAFE PAIR OF HANDS
I am a 38 year old, married Mum of two young children. I don't miss payments and have been with my Bank for nearly 19 years.

I have worked long hours and many years for other companies, before starting my own. I wish to build this into something for both my children in the future.

THE STATE OF MY FINANCES
I have £3000 of debt for my company right now. This consists of an overdraft and a corporate card. The amounts were used for launching and starting up funds for my company. They are currently being paid and cleared. I manage all my outgoings comfortably.
