Finding Your Address
Our address information is provided by our partner Equifax, so it may be that you need to provide the house number/name in a specific format. If your residence is a flat or apartment please enter 'flat' or 'apartment' in front of the number, for example 'Apartment 1'; if your property has a name which you have entered but it still not appearing, try typing '0' in the 'house number/name' field. If all else fails send us your full address and account details in the message field and we'll contact Equifax and locate your address.
If you're experiencing issues with the website please describe in as much detail as possible what is happening and our technical team will investigate.
