What's a listing?

Listings are a completely new way to lend and borrow. For a really personalised experience, borrowers create their own profile and set the terms and rate for their own loan. Lenders can then choose where to put their money based on this information.

What's the deal?

Just create a new listing anytime during 7th March and you won't have to pay the 0.5% fee. Simple!

Terms & Conditions

Offer commences at 00:00:01 hours on 7th March 2008 and expires 23:59:59 7th March 2008. Any listing created and published on http://uk.zopa.com/ZopaWeb/Listings/ during this period will qualify.

A qualifying listing may be created for any loan sum, term, purpose and listing length, subject to the normal restrictions.

Any listing created during this promotional period will have a 0.5% fee added to the cost of the loan at the time of creation. Only when the listing expires, is fully funded, is accepted by the borrower and is disbursed, will the 0.5% fee be refunded. This refund will be automatically applied, not later than 30th April 2008, to the borrower's account at Zopa and cannot be transferred.

This offer in no way guarantees the borrower a successful application or the full funding of their listing loan.
