For the third year running we were voted 'Most Trusted' and we're absolutely thrilled. This year over 14,000 respondents took part, making it the biggest customer service survey about financial providers in Britain. A huge thanks to everyone who voted for us!

For the second year running, we were voted 'Most Trusted' by our borrowers and we feel absolutely honoured. Thanks to all our wonderful members who voted in the largest UK survey of its kind (12,000 respondents!), we can boast to have beaten the likes of First Direct and Tesco Bank once again - and look forward to keeping up the good work!

The Open 100 competition was born out of NESTA's search for the world's top 100 open innovation companies, celebrating the power of openness and mass collaboration. We were up against some bit hitters including the BBC, BT, and eBay so we're rather chuffed to have won the business category.

The Webby Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. Zopa took on a runners-up including Mint.com, Wal-Mart, Goldman Sachs and Lending Club to win.
Retail Banker International Global Awards
Most Threatening Non-bank Competitor
The awards are designed "to recognize excellence and achievement in retail banking globally." In winning the award, Zopa edged out an impressive list of runners-up including PayPal, Wal-Mart, Vodafone and Prosper.
